Bigham Ridge is a stunning new community in Westerville Ohio just outside the 270 loop. I had the pleasure of exploring the model home in this new community and WOW, just wow. This home not only has everything (2 offices and a mud room!) but the interior design makes me want to redo my whole house right now. These pictures really don’t do it justice so I recommend stopping by to see this stunning property for yourself. The interior design is by Mary Cook Associates and she used lots of rich/deep tones for an upscale dramatic feel.
Walk in the door to this stunning two story foyer
To your right a dining room that begs for a dinner party. I love the sleek design and the wall of windows. The end of the room has a full bar and plenty of room for lots of guests.
On the other side of that bar is another bar but this one in my dream office! I love the light and the giant window at the end of the room letting in all that natural light.
Pass the office and enter the kitchen of my dreams that flows into an eating area and the best room in the house… the two-story family room. With windows that take your breath away you will want to sit in front of the fire and never leave!
Up those back stairs and you will find the perfect master bedroom as well as 2 adorable kids rooms and a guest room that is so welcoming! The master bedroom has a raised ceiling and the perfect sitting area in front a big window, perfect for reading a book and sipping coffee. I would never want to leave that spot unless it was to take a shower in the biggest shower I have ever seen or to dress in my amazing walk in closet. Did I mention there is a laundry room off the master closet? Yes, there is!
When Mary Cook Associates designed this home, they created a family to design it for and these kids have the best rooms. My nephew would go crazy for this super hero themed room and I love how they made the room for two yet it feels cozy not crowded.
I cannot recommend a personal tour of the model home enough so stop by this stunning M/I Homes community in Westerville, Ohio and be blown away!
