I love a great burger and even though it is no longer grilling season that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy our favorite burger still. When you have friends and family over to watch the big game you want your favorite tailgate food to really set the mood. And what do you do when tailgating? Grill of course!

BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger
- Ball Park Flame Grilled Patties
- Pretzel Bun
- Lettuce
- Cheddar Cheese
- Bacon
- Red Onion
- Spicy BBQ Sauce
Cook your burger according to package directions. Then start building a delicious burger with bacon, red onion, lettuce, cheddar cheese and of course the homemade spicy BBQ sauce. Enjoy it all on a pretzel bun.
Homemade Spicy BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 TBS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp white vinegar
- 1/8 tsp ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
- dash of ground red pepper
- 1 TBS brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp red hot sauce
- 2 TBS butter
Mix all the ingredients together and bring to a boil in saucepan. Mix continuously and once the butter in completely melted remove from heat. Let cool and serve room temperature.
