If you are looking for a sturdy kid friendly gaming device that will encourage learning all while having fun then you need the LeapFrog LeapPad Platinum. LeapFrog is known for its dedication to children and learning and each year the LeapPad gets better and better. The new LeapPad Platinum has lots of great features like a bigger screen, kid safe wi-fi capabilities, device pairing with other LeapPads as well as 8Gb of storage for all those photos, videos and apps. As a bigger family we love that we can have multiple profiles so each kid can play at an age appropriate level and really get the most personalized experience possible. Downloading apps is quick and easy and they really have something for every kid.
BUT let’s now talk Imagicards, my favorite thing about the new LeapPad Platinum. We received the LeapFrog PAW Patrol Imagicard Learning Game as well as the LeapFrog Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Imagicard Learning Game and the LeapFrog Letter Factory Adventures Imagicard Learning Game
So what are Imagicards? They are a learning game that uses physical cards combined with the LeapPad Platinum to bring learning to life in a whole new way. Using the LeapPad Platinum kids must take pictures of the appropriate card as they navigate the games learning letters, shapes, numbers and more. And when you are not using technology these double as great flashcards!
We have been using the Letter factory Imagicards to learn the ABC’s with my 4 year old and the PawPatrol Imagicards are great for numbers and shapes. She loves them and I love watching her learn with such enthusiasm.
Both of these should be on your kids Christmas list with the LeapPad Platinum retailing for $129.99 and Imagicards retailing for $24.99 per set.
