It’s summer time and that means the weather gets hotter and the coffee gets colder. Iced coffee is one of those drinks that is embraced by many non-coffee drinkers and especially loved by those devoted to coffee. In the summer ice cream treats are a favorite at our house and adding iced coffee to them just makes sense. With Father’s Day coming up I came up with a milkshake just for my husband that he really loves by combining two things he enjoys Iced coffee and Bailey’s Irish Cream, the result is delicious! To make this recipe extra quick and easy I used International Delights Iced Coffee, no prep work involved!
Irish Coffee Milkshake
1 cup Vanilla International Delights Iced Coffee
1/4 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
1/4 cup ice
1/4 cup vanilla ice cream
My husband loved this treat and so will you, if you like coffee and ice cream and Bailey’s. If you prefer a non-alcoholic version just omit the Bailey’s and you will still have a delicious coffee milkshake.
