The blogging community is pretty amazing. If you have ever read a blog that really resonated with you then you get what I mean. Whether you were inspired, horrified, uplifted or shocked we have all read posts that caused a reaction in us. There are so many bloggers whom I love who inspire me in millions of ways but over the past month two bloggers in particular have really stuck out to me. These two women have been going on weight loss and fitness journeys that have really galvanized me into action thus the 30 Day Shred I have been doing. Neither of these women have had major transformations, neither have done anything particularly miraculous but what they have done is lay it all out there. These women have blogged, posted, Facebooked, Tweeted and Instagrammed what it means to really tackle loosing weight and getting healthy. They have been a inspiration reminding me and everyone else following along that this is a journey, not a quick fix and it is hard. They have reminded me that things worth achieving are worth working for. Weight loss is not my current battle but getting healthy is. I have known I needed to get exercise back into my life for almost two years and yet I HAVE DONE NOTHING. Well thanks to the inspiration of these two women I am on day 21 of the 3o Day Shred with plans on continuing with exercise even after the 30 days are up. Thanks ladies!
