This past weekend we had the pleasure of checking out the Char-Broil Grill Tour at The Ohio State Fair. We were specifically going to try out the Flatout flatbread that they were serving with Bubba Burgers and Adelle Sausage. The Char-Broil Grill Tour was a site to behold with all kinds of amazing grills including infrared which is so cool! The Char-Broil Grill Tour was grilling up Adelle sausage in chicken apple and chicken habanero as well as grilled Dole pineapple and Bubba Burgers. If you see the tour bus stop by for some free food samples!
As we waited for our burger and sausage orders served in Flatout Foldit flatbread got to spin the prize wheel. The generous people from Char-Broil filled some goody bags for them which they loved, their favorite item the purple Flatout waterbottles! The food was definitely worth the wait.
I have to say I was blown away by Flatout Foldit flatbread and we will no longer be buying hamburger or hotdog buns. The Flatout Foldit tastes so much better, has fewer calories and is much easier to handle than a big ackward bun. Had I not tried the FlatoutFoldit flatbread at the Char-Broil Tour bus I would have never thought to grill it and grill it you must. The flavor combination was amazing!
Flatout generously sent me a box of goodies to enjoy at home and we have already come up with a delicious flatbread grilled sandwich using the Flatout Foldit (watch for recipe later this week). I have been devouring the Flatout EdgeOn Flatbread Crisps they are delicious with roasted red pepper hummus or just plain and much healthier than regular chips. Flatout products are made of all natural ingredients with no preservatives and will be a staple in our house from now on!
Flatout has partnered with me to share recipes and information about their products and events. They have compensated me for event attendance and provided me with product, but all opinions are my own.
