I really enjoy cooking a delicious meal, one of my favorite places to get recipe ideas is Rachael Ray. Her food is delicious, quick and easy to prepare. I just love it! While I would love to cook almost all of her delicious recipes if you are on a tight budget these will excite the palette and not break the bank. If you are like me you have lots of tuna and pasta in your cupboard thanks to the great deals this month. So here are some new twists using those combinations. If you don’t have canned tomatoes or chicken stock in your cupboard Aldi’s has great prices. Aldi’s also has a $3.99 wine which is good for cooking.
Tuna Puttanesca and Penne (omit olives & capers to keep the price down)
No Bake Tuna casserole (replace wine with chicken stock)
Do you have great recipe ideas using tuna and noodles? I would love to hear them, please post your comments.
