Gingerbread houses are such a fun holiday tradition, kids cover their graham cracker houses with lots of candy and frosting. I admit to sneaking a few pieces of candy while helping my kids, but what if you could make a gingerbread house that has adults drooling. A holiday treat made of GMO-free Authentic Swiss Chocolate, Chocolate that supports sustainable cocoa farming and is steeped in Swiss tradition. You can make a chocolate gingerbread house out of Chocolat Frey®, the #1 chocolate brand in Switzerland!

I noticed that the Chocolat Frey® Napsli Assorted Carton (16 oz) looked just like a house so it was perfect as my chocolate house base. I started my Chocolate Gingerbread House by covering the box in graham crackers, I affixed them with frosting.

Then it was time to start decorating with some of the most enticing chocolate, it was hard not to eat it all as I was decorating. For the base I used the Chocolat Frey® Milk Crunchy Nuts Bar. Then for the roof I used an assortment of Chocolat Frey® Napsli milk chocolate and dark chocolate mini bars as well as Chocobloc Assorted Mini Bars.

On the side of the house I used Chocolat Frey® Aura™ Holiday Collection-Exquisite Dark and Chocolat Frey® Aura™ Holiday Collection-Almond Intrigue. You can finish out your chocolate display of goodness with a Chocolat Frey® Reindeer. So many delicious Swiss chocolates from the brothers Robert and Max Frey. Chocolat Frey® began in 1887 and has a long and rich history of delicious chocolates that anyone would love to receive as a Christmas gift.

  1. Hands down, the Orange Break-a-part chocolate. My best friend LOVED this chocolate and unfortunately she passed away 16 years ago. It’s always so touching to have one in her honor.

  2. First of all…I LOVE that gingerbread house. I am so stealing this idea!!! I would love to try the assorted chocolates, but since it is Christmas I would love the Reindeer. I could imagine that Santa would love to put these in the kid’s stockings.

  3. The chocobloc orange bar would be wonderful to share with friends and family. Nothing pairs better than a good fruit and chocolate!

  4. So cute..you put a lot of work into your goodie basket from Frey!
Let hope third times the charm..third seasonal chocolate giveaway..haven’t won yet..lol
From this collection I’d love the solid chocolate block bars with nuts.
Mostly, the pralines collection..to share with family and friends..because we are southern and we take our pralines seriously! They are the king of the south..I want to compare to my homemade.
You guys ..bloggers are lucky..I need to become one. Hehe. The blond almond crunch sounds delish too.
    Thanks.

  5. Around the holidays i make candy sleighs. I would love to try some of the Red & White Candy Crumble Small Peg Bag. This would be fun to add to the snow to make it more festive.

  6. I would get myself the Reindeer chocolates because I love watching Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and these chocolates are so cute!

  7. I would love to taste the Chocobloc White Bar (3.5oz) Chocolat Frey® – I find it really hard to find a super yummy WHITE chocolate! And I’d love to try their version. It would also be so pretty on a chocolate house too!

  8. I would like to get the Chocobloc White Bar for myself because I love white chocolate and would like the Reindeer as a cute stocking stuffer.

  9. I’d like to give the chocolate reindeer to my friend’s daughter because she loves colorful shiny things…and chocolate!

  10. My daughter would like the 6oz Reindeer set because she loves chocolate and she would like the shiny packaging. I would like a big box of the Chocobloc Dark Changemaker. I love dark chocolate. I also like mini individually wrapped candy, so that way I can’t eat it all at once. 🙂

  11. I’d love to receive the Chocobloc Assorted Mini Bars. It’s the perfect bag – milk, dark and white chocolate all in one bag… YUMMY!

  12. I want the Chocobloc Dark 72% Bar (3.5oz) because these days I am all about the dark – the really, really dark – chocolate. I love it in late afternoon with a coffee.

  13. I’d love to get the Dark Chocolate Mini Bars because dark chocolate is my favorite and they are perfectly portioned for one chocolate fix at a time.

  14. I would most like to receive the Chocobloc Orange Bar (3.5oz) because I love that combination of flavors, orange and chocolate, it’s my favorite gelato flavor too.

  15. I’d like to try the Dark Crunchy Nuts Bar. Looks like a delicious balance of nuts and chocolate. Thanks.
