Denim Trends: Grey Jeans and Patterned Jeans

mothers day

As a mom jeans are my uniform they move well for all the activities required of a mom, they hold up well and they come in a wide variety of fits and washes making them REAL MOM STYLE PERFECTION!

Lee has become one of my favorite jean brands for several reasons. First of all they fit me and they fit lots of moms. Lee has a variety of fits that are made for real women’s bodies, not toothpicks or teens but women. Secondly they are on trend in a way that all women can relate to. Last year I showcased a bunch of bright and cold colored denim that I loved from Lee, this year I am embracing grey jeans for spring and summer. Grey is a more mom friendly version of white and is perfect for lightening up your look for the warmer months.

One of my favorite Lee jeans the Platinum Label Perfect Fit Stella Skinny jean comes in Grey Fog and it is fabulous. The fit is awesome (no muffin top) and the color is great. In fact I felt brave enough to wear these jeans on a rainy, muddy day, I never would have done that with white jeans so grey is a much more practical option for moms.

The Lee Platinum Label Perfect Fit Stella Skinny Jeans also come in a subtle animal print that gives the jeans a textured look from far away. These fun jeans are what I am wearing in the picture with my kids above and I love that the pattern is like my little secret. The Stella Skinny jean cuffs really nicely as the weather warms up and I paired these printed jeans with a  linen shirt for a breezy spring to summer look.

So what do you think? Will you be wearing grey jeans or printed jeans this summer?
